With 25 years of leadership experience, two successful business exits, 
and firsthand experience transitioning leadership within a family business, 
I understand both the emotional and strategic aspects of leadership transition.
I personally started my journey in my parents’ small, family-run company, where it was just the two of them. Over the years, I helped grow it into one of the leading translation and localization firms in Europe, leading to a multi-million-dollar exit.
Later, I co-founded XTRF Management Systems, which started as a family-driven business but outgrew its family structure and became a fully professionalized company, hiring external leaders and scaling into one of the two dominant players in its category worldwide.
I’ve been through the transition of family businesses—scaling them beyond their origins, professionalizing leadership, and successfully passing them into new hands.
