About the founder
Andrzej Nedoma spent 25 years as a CEO before he coached a single one.
He built two companies and sold both to international buyers, one to a group in Spain, one to a private equity firm in Los Angeles. He has been the person carrying it alone, the one everyone looks to, the one lying awake with the decision no one else can make. He has also been on the other side of it: free, clear, and running the company instead of being run by it.
He coaches in four languages, races Ironman, and built ExecSide to give other CEOs the rhythm it took him years to learn.
